AIA Disaster Assistance Program

The AIA's Disaster Assistance program provides resources and support to architects helping communities recover from a disaster.

Architects often respond to disasters not only by helping with immediate recovery, assessing the stability of damaged structures and advising on repairs, but also in the long term by helping communities to rebuild better than before. Such aid is most effective when a disaster response is organized through the AIA state or local component.
