March 8 -  11, 2009
Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre at Darling Harbour
Sydney, Australia

Web site: http://www.wcrc2009.org/

Venue: Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre at Darling Harbour

World Congress of Renewable City 2009 is an international congress for all those in the business of fighting climate change and dramatically lowering dependence on nonrenewable resources: influential industry leaders, professionals, researchers, and policy makers. It is designed as a platform to share fresh and practical insights in the fields of urban development, design, energy, and water.

This inaugural four-day event is expected to attract more than 1,000 delegates from all parts of the world to gain access to prestigious speakers and experts in the interaction of urban infrastructure, city development and design, carbon emissions policy, renewable energy and resource efficiency technology, and related investment finance and policy dimensions.

The Congress will be of particular interest to developers, energy providers; property managers; development investors and energy finance leaders; government officials; federal, state, and local urban planners; architects; and engineers.
