2008 AIA Practice Management Fall Conference

In an unstable economic climate, your firm needs every advantage. This conference will give you tangible, practical resources and take-home tools that will enable you to expand your influence and better manage your practice.

Provocative presentations, hands-on workshops, relevant case studies, and focused break-out discussions will bring you a wide range of perspectives—plus spreadsheets, databases, best practices, and management skills you can use immediately. The tools presented will be geared toward small and mid-sized firms but will also be scalable for the larger-firm platform.

Conference sessions will focus on three tracks that address these topics and more:

Leveraging Technology and Tools for project, financial, and risk management; digital and global practice; and creativity
Leveraging People/Staff/Clients for recruitment, retention, professional and leadership development, and IDP management
Leveraging Quality for digital collaboration, BIM, and new project delivery methods
